DELUXE RESIDENCE w/ TERRACE

Our Deluxe Residence located on the 6th floor, includes a terrace overlooking the Rue Royale, who’s floor to ceiling windows brings in daylight year-round. All 105 m² are smoke free and designed to make you feel at home. A large and delicately furnished living area with lounge, reading corner, a dining table and a superb fully equipped open-plan kitchen, everything has been thought of so that you will find the comfort like it would be your own. Two beautiful and luminous bedrooms with king-size beds and top of the line bedding will assure you a good night’s sleep. Last but not least a large bathroom with separate rain forest shower head cabin and a bathtub flanked by a double basin makes this apartment the ideal getaway.

HOUSEKEEPING: Notwithstanding the duration of your stay our weekly housekeeping and linen refreshment service is included and mandatory. This service is scheduled as of the seventh (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays). Additional housekeeping and linen refreshment services are available, pending a 24h notice and a 75€ supplement

PARKING: Pending a daily supplement and availability, R213 has a private parking at your disposal pending a 25€ daily supplement. Please note that public parking around our neighbourhood is charged by the hour using automated payment booths, except on Sundays.

LUGGAGE STORAGE: We will be more than happy to secure your luggage, either before check-in or after check-out. Our luggage storage is available as of 09h30am till 8:00pm, pending a 5€ supplement per luggage piece.

LATE CHECK-OUT : Our default check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Late check-out till 12 noon, is free of charge pending availability and subject to a 24 hours’ notice. Late check-out as of 12 noon to 3 p.m. are subject to availability and a 60 € supplement. For a departure after 3:00 p.m., we advise you to book an additional night subject to availability.

BABY CRIBS: Infants from 0 to 4 years old are welcome free of charge, sharing existing bed configuration. Baby-cribs are available pending availability and a 12€ daily charge.

Neighbourhood

R213 Residence Botanique is located within the municipality of Saint-Josse-ten-Noode part of the Brussels Capital Region, on Rue Royale. On one side and just a stone throws away you’ll find the "Botanique", one of our capital’s primary cultural centre, whilst at the end of our street you’ll find the iconic Royal Sainte Marie Church.

Rue Royale is an important cultural artery in Brussels, the before mentioned "Botanique” being an institution, offering countless attractions such as concerts, gatherings, exhibitions and festivals. Not to mention the park that surrounds it, a real green lung in our city. Sprinkled across the Rue Royale you’ll find loads of small businesses shops and eateries some of which housed in impressive Art Deco buildings.

Transport

R213 location will most certainly benefit the start of your scheduled professional or leisure activities, as we are within walking distance from Brussels shopping district, its historical city centre or all major businesses. Public transport facilities are literally accessible at our doorstep, with easy access to all European Institutions nearby and our international railroad network.

ARRIVING FROM BRUSSELS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

By taxi: It's about a 30-minute ride cost about €50. By train-shuttle: Take the train-shuttle to Brussels North Station, scheduled every half hour, the ride takes about 15-minute, with a one-way ticket costing you around €8.80. R213 is located at about a 10-minute walk from the Brussels North, or 5 minutes by taxi.

ARRIVING BY TRAIN / SUBWAY

By train: The closest train station Brussels North Station (Bruxelles Nord) is a 10-minute walk from R213, or 5 minutes by taxi. By subway: The closest subway station is called « Botanique » about 300 meters from our doorstep, a single ticket for 1h is 2.10€.
