Take in Brussels from your very own 24m2 private lounge-terrace, overlooking the city’s skyline. Comfy seating arrangements and our hand-picked greenery add to the warm, bohemian atmosphere, a personal space in which to kick back and slow down. Inspired by natural daylight beaming in from the floor-to-ceiling windows the cozy character of our open-space living comes from the noble materials and pastel tones, depicting a peace of mind environment. Cleverly distanced from the living area we have two bedrooms, located on the rear of the building, overlooking tranquil courtyards, of which the master bedroom has a balcony. Each room comes with top-of-the-line King-size sleeping arrangements for a guaranteed good night’s sleep. Finally, a compact bathroom with a double basin vanity, bathtub with shower is flanked by a separate toilet, making our Deluxe Residence w. Lounge-Terrace a unique residence.



OUR SUPPLEMENTS


HOUSEKEEPING: Notwithstanding the duration of your stay our weekly housekeeping and linen refreshment service is included and mandatory. This service is scheduled as of the seventh (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays). Additional housekeeping and linen refreshment services are available, pending a 24h notice and a 75€ supplement


PARKING: Pending a daily supplement and availability, R213 has a private parking at your disposal pending a 300 monthly supplement. Please note that public parking around our neighbourhood is charged by the hour using automated payment booths, except on Sundays.

Neighbourhood

R213 Residence Botanique is located within the municipality of Saint-Josse-ten-Noode part of the Brussels Capital Region, on Rue Royale. On one side and just a stone throws away you’ll find the « Botanique », one of our capital’s primary cultural centre, whilst at the end of our street you’ll find the iconic Royal Sainte Marie Church.

Rue Royale is an important cultural artery in Brussels, the above mentioned “Botanique” being an institution, offering countless attractions such as concerts, gatherings, exhibitions, and festivals. Not to mention the park that surrounds it, a real green lung in our city. Sprinkled across the Rue Royale you’ll find loads of small businesses shops and eateries some of which housed in impressive Art Deco buildings.

Transport

R213 location will most certainly benefit the start of your scheduled professional or leisure activities, as we are within walking distance from Brussels shopping district, its historical city centre or all major businesses. Public transport facilities are literally accessible at our doorstep, with easy access to all European Institutions nearby and our international railroad network.

ARRIVING FROM BRUSSELS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

By taxi: It's about a 30-minute ride cost about €50. By train-shuttle: Take the train-shuttle to Brussels North Station, scheduled every half hour, the ride takes about 15-minute, with a one-way ticket costing you around €8.80. R213 is located at about a 10-minute walk from the Brussels North, or 5 minutes by taxi.


ARRIVING BY TRAIN / SUBWAY

By train: The closest train station Brussels North Station (Bruxelles Nord) is a 10-minute walk from R213, or 5 minutes by taxi. By subway: The closest subway station is called « Botanique » about 300 meters from our doorstep, a single ticket for 1h is 2.10€.
