RATES § CANCELATION POLICIES

STANDARD RATE:

▶︎ You may cancel free of charge until five days before arrival.

▶︎ If you cancel within the five days before arrival, the penalty will be the cost of the first night.

▶︎ Any refund will be subject to a 5% administration fee.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:

▶︎ Tick the non-refundable discount rate box at the time of payment for an automatic -15% discount.

▶︎ Be advised that any cancellations made from this point onwards will not be eligible for reimbursement.

CHILDREN § BASE RATES

▶︎ Children from 0 to 3 years stay for free  / please note that children aged 4 and over are counted as adults.

▶︎ All of rates includes a double occupancy, make sure to indicate the total amount of persons

▶︎ Any additional person over two, is pending a daily supplement of 40€ per night/per person.

▶︎ Our maximum occupancy is that of four (4) persons per unit.

THE BOOKING PROCESS

All direct bookings are deemed confirmed and completed upon the following:

▶︎ Please note that full payment must be made online in advance at the time of booking.

▶︎ A 300€ damage deposit by way of a pre-authorised on your credit card is required prior to your arrival. A link will be forwarded to you in order to settle the pre-authorisation online. (sorry no cash)

▶︎ The primary guest is requested to complete our online registration form before arrival
