RATES § CANCELATION POLICIES

▶︎ Vacation rental / for stays up to 89-days:
STANDARD RATE:
  • You may cancel free of charge until five days before arrival.
  • If you cancel within the five days before arrival, the penalty will be the cost of the first night.
  • Any refund will be subject to a 5% administration fee.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:

  • Tick the non-refundable discount rate box at the time of payment for an automatic -15% discount.
  • Be advised that any cancellations made from this point onwards will not be eligible for reimbursement.


▶︎ Serviced apartment rentals / for stays of 90-days and over:

  • A 35% down payment is requested in order to confirm your apartment.
  • All subsequent monthly payments are due four days prior to the commencement of the following month.
  • For cancelations up to fourteen (14) days before arrival you will be reimbursed pending a standard 5% administrative charge of the total amount paid.
  • If you cancel within the fourteen (14) days before arrival, the cancelation fee will correspond to 15% of the first month rent.

CHILDREN § OCCUPANCY

▶︎ Vacation rental / for stays up to 89-days:

  • Infants from 0 to 2 years stay for free, children aged 3 and over are counted as adults.
  • All rates are for 2-persons, make sure to indicate the total amount of persons upon booking us.
  • Any additional person over two, is pending a daily supplement of 40€ per night/per person. Kindly indicate the day of birth of all accompanying persons in our online registration form.
  • Kindly refer to the individual unit capacities in order to ascertain the maximum occupancy levels.



▶︎ Serviced apartment rentals / for stays of 90-days and over:

  • All children from 0 to 17 years of age are accounted for as adults.
  • When making a booking, please ensure that you indicate the total number of persons.
  • For any additional person, a daily supplement of 15€ per night per person will be applied. Please indicate the day of birth of all accompanying persons on the online registration form.
  • Kindly refer to the individual unit capacities in order to ascertain the maximum occupancy levels.

THE BOOKING PROCESS

All of bookings are deemed confirmed and completed upon the following:

▶︎ Damage deposit:

  • 300€ for stays up to 89-days.
  • 1.200€ for stays as of 90-days.

▶︎Online registration:

  • For stays up to 89-days: The primary guest is requested to complete our online registration form before arrival.
  • For stays as of 90-days: The primary guest + all accompanying persons are requested to register.

Following the completion of your reservation, a summary will be sent to you, clearly outlining how to finalise your booking.
